Our process

  1. PreparationSurface cleaned and dried; cracks, joints and corners repaired.
  2. PrimingA compatible primer for strong adhesion to concrete.
  3. PU membraneApplied in coats to the specified dry film thickness, with reinforcement at joints.
  4. Top coat and testingUV top coat for exposed roofs, then thickness checks and ponding test.

How long does PU coating last?

Life depends on product grade, thickness and exposure. A properly applied and maintained system lasts many years and can be recoated rather than replaced.

Can people walk on a PU-coated roof?

Yes, for normal maintenance traffic. For heavy use we add a protective wearing coat or tiles.
