Common leaks in Gurgaon buildings
- Top-floor ceilings in societies and builder floors. Flat RCC roofs expand in 45°C summers and crack. An exposed PU coating or APP membrane handles the movement; add heat insulation and the flat below stays cooler too.
- Damp walls next to bathrooms. Usually failed tile joints or a missing membrane under the floor. Small cases are fixed with epoxy grouting; otherwise we redo the floor with a liquid membrane.
- Basement seepage in offices and houses. Water through construction joints and cracks is stopped from inside with PU injection grouting, without digging outside.
- Water tanks and balconies. Cementitious coatings suitable for drinking-water tanks and tiled balconies.

How much does terrace waterproofing cost in Gurgaon?
Waterproofing starts from ₹55 per sq ft. The final rate depends on the system and the condition of the roof: a coating over a sound surface costs far less than a roof that needs the old layers removed first. We confirm it in a written quote after a free inspection.
When is the best time to waterproof a roof in Gurgaon?
March to June, before the monsoon, when the slab is dry. Coatings and membranes need a dry surface to bond properly, so work during heavy rain is limited to urgent repairs.
Can you stop a leak from my upstairs neighbour's bathroom?
Usually the fix has to be done in the bathroom above, by grouting tile joints or redoing the floor waterproofing. We inspect both flats and explain the options before any work starts.
Do you give a warranty on waterproofing?
