Choosing the right grout
PU (polyurethane) grout reacts with water and expands into a foam that blocks active leaks, even while water is flowing. Epoxy grout bonds cracked concrete back together where strength matters. Cement grout fills honeycombing and voids in poorly compacted concrete.
Our process
- Leak mappingWe trace cracks, joints and damp patches to find the water path.
- PackersHoles are drilled along the crack and injection packers fixed.
- InjectionGrout is pumped under pressure until the crack is filled.
- FinishingPackers removed, surface sealed and the area checked for dryness.
Typical jobs
- Leaking basement walls and floors
- Lift pits and sumps
- Water tanks and STPs
- Construction and expansion joints
- Honeycombed columns and slabs
- Tile joint epoxy grouting
