Waterproofing
Waterproofing Services in Gurgaon & Delhi NCR
Leaking roofs, damp basements and seeping bathrooms all have a cause. We find it first, then choose the system that fits the surface, from liquid membranes and PU coating to HDPE and injection grouting.

Choosing a waterproofing system
- Exposed roofs and terraces: PU coating or APP membrane, often with heat insulation.
- Terraces, balconies and wet areas under tiles: liquid membrane or cementitious.
- Basements and foundations: HDPE sheet membrane during construction; injection and PU grouting for existing leaks.
- Damaged concrete, tanks and retaining walls: guniting.
PCES is a member of the Waterproofing Association of India. Every job starts with a site inspection and ends with a water test where the surface allows it. Read our guide on choosing roof waterproofing.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Why does my roof leak only in the monsoon?
Usually because of cracks, failed joints or blocked outlets that only take water under sustained rain. An inspection finds the entry point before we recommend a system.
Can you waterproof without breaking tiles?
Sometimes. Tile-joint leaks can be fixed with epoxy grouting, and some roof coatings go over existing tiles. If the layer below has failed, the tiles must come up.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. Warranty options are available on completed waterproofing, with terms written on the quotation.
