How drill-fill-seal works
- InspectionWe trace activity and plan drill points along walls, floors and around fixtures.
- DrillingHoles are drilled at the junction of wall and floor, at set intervals, to reach the soil below.
- InjectionCIB&RC-approved termiticide is injected under pressure to create a barrier in the soil.
- Sealing and woodworkHoles are sealed with matching cement, and infested woodwork is treated directly.
Planning new flooring or a renovation? Install termite piping at the same time so future treatment needs no drilling.
