Leaks we fix across Delhi
- Roofs and terraces with old brick-bat coba, cracked screed or failed patch repairs. Depending on the surface, we use PU coating, APP membrane or a liquid membrane under new tiles.
- Bathroom leakage into the floor below, the most common complaint in builder floors. Small leaks are sealed with epoxy grouting of tile joints; failed floors are redone with a membrane.
- Basement seepage through cracks and joints, stopped from inside with PU injection.

Why does my ceiling leak only after heavy rain?
Water usually enters through cracks in the roof screed, failed joints or a blocked outlet, then travels before it shows on the ceiling. We trace the entry point first, so you do not pay to waterproof the wrong area.
Can a bathroom leak be fixed without breaking tiles?
Often, yes. If the leak is through tile joints, epoxy grouting seals it in a day. If the waterproofing below the tiles has failed, the floor has to be opened and redone.
How much does waterproofing cost in Delhi?
Waterproofing starts from ₹55 per sq ft. The rate depends on the system and how much repair the surface needs first, and is confirmed in a written quote after a free inspection.
Which waterproofing is best for an old Delhi terrace?
If the surface is sound, a PU coating or APP membrane over it. If the old layers are hollow or broken, they must be removed first. We test the surface during the inspection.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. Warranty options are available on completed waterproofing, with terms written on the quotation.
