Three systems, chosen for your roof
XPS boards
Extruded polystyrene boards are rigid, closed-cell and do not absorb water. They are laid over the waterproofing and under a protective screed or tiles, the usual choice for terraces that people use.
PUF insulation
Polyurethane foam is sprayed in place to form a seamless insulating layer. It suits industrial sheds, metal roofs and roofs with awkward shapes, and is finished with a protective coating.
Vermiculite insulation
A lightweight insulating screed made with expanded vermiculite, laid over the roof slab to falls. It adds insulation while forming the slope for drainage.
Do waterproofing and insulation together
Insulation works best over a sound waterproof layer, and a single contractor avoids gaps in responsibility. We plan both as one job: PU coating or APP membrane plus the insulation system that suits your roof.
